1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 21phcash ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 21phcash website located at 21phcash.net and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the 21phcash website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 21phcash platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 21phcash platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 21phcash or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 21phcash platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

21phcash reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 21phcash platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your 21phcash account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any one-time PINs — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 21phcash immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Not register using a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's personal information.

21phcash will conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks as required. You agree to cooperate fully with these checks and to provide any documentation requested, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 21phcash are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available from time to time.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 21phcash account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 21phcash is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 21phcash does not accept deposits made using credit facilities or borrowed funds.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 21phcash reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 21phcash account holder.
• Processing times vary by payment method. 21phcash will endeavor to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform at the time of the request.
• 21phcash reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

21phcash may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• 21phcash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 21phcash reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 21phcash platform — including live baccarat, slots, sports betting, and all other titles — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers using physical equipment. Results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, 21phcash will endeavor to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes will generally be returned to the Player's account.
• 21phcash does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed, modified, or temporarily suspended for maintenance at any time.
• Bets placed after the designated betting period has closed will be void and stakes returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 21phcash platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 21phcash staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 21phcash platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 21phcash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 21phcash.
• Use any 21phcash trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform.

9 Privacy & Data

21phcash collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 21phcash, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider errors beyond 21phcash's reasonable control.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 21phcash makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

21phcash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity of the account for an extended period as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 21phcash reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to verification.

You may close your 21phcash account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you.

12 Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the 21phcash platform after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 21phcash, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 21phcash's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.
